One Week Old Today

Our wee babies turned one week old this morning.  Crispin has been a terrific mommy and all the puppies are doing extremely well.  They’re growing like weeds!

The Puppies Are Here!

Crispin’s babies were born Thursday morning.  In very short order, she had 7 big, fat, healthy puppies who are doing extremely well.  Crispin was an excellent whelper and is being a really great, attentive mommy.  And the fun begins!

Confirmed pregnancy

Ultrasound this week confirmed that Crispin is pregnant!  We saw a nice size litter floating around so we’re looking forward to early March.  Crispin is feeling well and starting to get big around the middle!

Last week was exciting in our house.  Crispin was in standing heat, so that made Ranger and Rowan silly.  We’ve taken to calling Ranger “the whistler” because the noise he makes in professing his love for his sister is a high pitched...
